Chantea Goetz Warrior Goddess Florida Panther-By: James Goetz New Jersey

On the entire Isle of Jersey, there was no animal more ferocious than the Florida Panther. The Florida panther was not the same sight as a panther you may see int he state of Florida in the United States in this day and age. What you may see nowadays in Florida is but a tiny, docile ancestor bred from it's original kind.

It is believed the original Florida panther was not a land beast but originated from water. It is said the beast rose from a great lake and once it was done eating all the food int he lake, came to the land to hunt. Some actually call the Florida panther a lakeland beast, due to it's origin.

It is said the beast eats a thousand pounds of flesh each day. It has no compassion and is as wild as an animal that has ever walked on this earth.

At least this story was the consensus of woodland creatures as they spoke to Chantea. Chantea did not appear phased. After all, she just learned she was a goddess. How cool was that?!?! So what Jersey was home to a ferocious Florida panther? A goddess was surely up for the challenge!

Chantea made her way to the closes town and entered a shop. With owl on her shoulder, she was greeted by the shop keeper. She was she was not looking for anything in particular but wanted to browse.

The shop keeper was a girl who stated she was not from around there either. She was quite tall and muscular. Her hair was long and purple and had but one cycloptic eye. She said her name was, Krullen.

Chantea Goetz's owl continuously was pulling her away from Krullen in a manner to leave the shop. Chantea was dismissive at this point, as Krullen showed her a small, shiny object. Krullen said this object was magical and could take her anywhere she wanted at any time she wanted. The price was 100 gold pieces. Now even though Chantea is trained a knight, she was not given a large amount of coin for her journey by the Goetz clan. She was to earn it. Even though Chantea was a goddess, gold and other money has no value on Mount Olympus.

Chantea's owl companion pulled for her to leave even harder now.

Krullen told Chantea about a ferocious beat that has been terrorizing the town as of late. Any delivery of food fails to arrive as this beast eats it and everyone it comes across. If Chantea were to defeat this Florida panther, Krullen agreed to give her this shiny mystery device.

At the great displeasure of owl, and all the other woodland critters watching on from the window at the front of the shop, young Chantea Goetz agreed to the task because she was a goddess and the shiny object looked really cool!

Krullen watched Chantea and owl depart, smiling ominously.

Somehow, as Chantea Goetz walked out the door the entire town knew she was headed to fix their Florida panther problem. She was cheered and congratulated as if she had already completed her task.

Where would she find this beast? What would she do once she did? Goddess or not, young Chantea Goetz had not fully thought this through.

Though owl shook her head in disbelief, she led Chantea tot he lake. Chantea realized the Florida beast is a lakeland beast. the location to loo was brilliant! Before she could settle in, the ginormous animal came out front he darkness created by thick brush. The Florida panther must have been twenty feet tall with yellow eyes, long and sharp fangs and had claws that looked like they would cut the sharpest of razors.

The beast quickly charged Chantea and threw her a hundred yards. The woodland critters charged the beast to no avail as it kicked them aside as if they were being swatted like flies. Owl flew in, using her talons to blind the ferocious animal. Chantea swung her sword and quickly slayed the Florida panther. No longer would this evil beast harm anyone else, ever again.
